If you do a search on the board, you will find that there are some very good threads on Isolagen and Artecol already.
Isoalgen is not exactly a filler though, it is an injection of your own fibroblasts. You wouldn't get any immediate improvement and the results are very individual.
I've had New-fill done 3 times, it is really effective on all types of scars. I have found it to be very good. But, it isn't a filler, it forces your own collegen to grow over time, so the results are not immediate. Fillers give you immediate results.
Must you see a derm for this treatment? I have rolling scars and in the military, so i'll probably have to pay out of pocket for any treatments
