Hey guys, I have this small bump, very translucent bump, under an atrophic scar. At first I thought it was a pimple but I poked at it with a sterile needle and only blood came out. Also did one session of microneedling and seems like it didn™t get rid of that tiny bump. This tiny bump makes my atrophic scar look worse but it™s not that bad! I circled the translucent bump in blue.
again, the bump looks like it had a shiny film over it. Can anyone advise what I should do? Should I get a steroid shot for something this tiny? Is the risk worth it? Please help me out @beautifulambition @Obi wan

1) Do nothing as the area is very insignificant and barley noticeable.
2) Spend a lot of money doing...(options)
* Electro Surgery or Hyfecator to scrape it
* Shave Excision
* Laser
Some TCA Peels at home or 17% Salicylic wart spot treatment.(Be careful, ... too strong and you could cause damage)
It's not high / big enough to do a steriod injection in my opinion
