This is from experience - Hyaluronidase injection or steroid injection (5-FU or TCA) works very well. Follow up with Tacrolimus ointment to prevent hypopigmentation from the steroid.

Very easy to treat this one with a steroid injection. Either 5-FU or TCA then wait for about a month. It should regress. You may need to inject again though if it returns but eventually regresses.
