General question about acne marks.

Alright I've gotta lay the entire foundation of my self so you'd know the drill.

I started getting acne about 8 years ago, didn't do anything real at the time to stop it, just let the time pass by.

Only about 2 months ago I started to actually treat my self like a human being for the first time in my life.

Hardest part was getting through the right food regiment. There were some things that caused me acne that wouldn't cause problems at the very least for other people such as: buckwheat, carrots, apples and any fruit with a slight sugar nutrition, beans, any processed meat, ground beef, chicken. I could go on but basically through hard research and experimentation, I've narrowed my diet to: salmon, couple of avocados, bulgur with chopped spring onions, oats and garlic bites.

I also take these supplements, daily: Fish oil, Vitamin C, Vitamin B complex and Probiotics as I was prescribed them to due my leaky gut.

Although garlic bites are more of a snack, they don't really cause me acne and I've been eating them in a careful moderation so there is no problem there so far.

For my face I've been using: Benzoyl Peroxide 10% Face wash, Salicylic acid 2% and Ordinary Glycolic acid 7% toner, and a light moisturizer (Neutrogena Hydro Boost to be exact). I've been managing my face-washing schedule as to not irritate skin and so far I've been doing a pretty good job. I don't really get breakouts from these products except from small white bumps that disappear as fast as they appear. So far I'm actually proud to look at my self in a mirror for the first time in god knows how long.

Here is my actual question. Although my breakouts have been reduced by 90%, I'm sure that Benzoyl Peroxide is the main reason behind this, but that leaves me with question on how to deal with acne scars and acne PIE. Glycolic acid could reduce scarring as far as I know, but I probably would need some other product to deal with this. If I'm using Benzoyl Peroxide as a daily foaming cleanser, what other product with acne PIE battling ingredient could I implement in my regime as to not cause any disturbance within these ingredients. I've been cautious with my research so far as to not aggravate my skin any further. I've read that Vitamin C, Azelaic acid and Niacinamide are the best ones I could implement but I'm not sure.

Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
