Hello I've got white scars from acne in my
temple from a bad breakout 4
years ago. I had 7 microneedling
sessions (the last 3 at 1.75mm in
my temple) and they haven't faded
that much. any other treatment I
suggestions? I find it weird that
instead of depressed scars I was
left with these white scars

Microneedling was done with PRF(PLATELET RICH FIBRIN)

This is a tough one! That is hypopigmentation, and I don't have any idea how to help with that. I wonder if ablative laser would help if it's really bugging you. Ablative laser takes off the skin and it can regrow.
