Master; you're clearly very distressed about this but there's no need to make so many topics. As people have said before, from the looks of it like hyperpigmentation which will disappear in time, but it's very hard to see whether or not there are actualy bumps there or not from the photos.

No-one here is a doctor or dermatologist, I'm afraid, so your best bet is probably to go to your doctor and see what they say. If they say its acne, have a look at what other people are trying on here, if it's pigmentation, have a look at other methods people use on here.
