I was stupid last night and pinched my nose really hard trying to pop a pimple that really was a sauce mark after i pinched it hard.. I pinched my nose on the corner really hard..I feel so stupid and sad right now..

I need tips on it, should i stop using a cleanser on my nose? It might mess up the healing?

HELP ME PLEASE!!! Im only 16. It is way more red in person..

The mark is dry and flat. AND looks like my nose got stabbed..

Any advice, products i could do and use?!!?!?

I think i permanently ruined my nose..wow im so disappointed in myself and my actions..
