Red Marks And Hyperpigmentation

I have had these red/brown marks on my cheeks for more than 2 years. It did get a bit lighter but shouldn't 2 years be enough to fade them completely? My skin is pretty sensitive so I just wash my face twice a day and apply moisturizer.

Here's my question... Since leaving them alone isn't helping fading marks, I'm planning to try using products to fade them. I read that pinned thread and was planning to get Puredeming Intense gel and Lactic acid peels but noticed that the thread was really old. So I was wondering if anyone has tried these products and if it helped with their marks. If not, can you let me know what product helped so I can get them?

I don't support chemical usage on face.

Exfoliating helps with you with this. Since you have sensitive skin, use baking soda ! Or you could try tomato slice with sugar and do circular motions, but it might be too harsh for you. Also mix up water with lemon juice and let it work over-night ! Patience is important with these problems.

I have tried baking soda twice a week for about 3 months before. I didn't see much difference so I stopped using it.

Maybe I will give lemon a try.

Thanks!

I tried lemons for months, had no affect at all on mild red marks
I also tried glycolic acid peels and they worked great, as long as your committed (every 6 weeks + 2 weeks break)
you begin to see progress after 3-4 peels, 50%+
