you should start with IPL's they are like the least invasive thing you can do since its just intense pulsed light. IPL is not a laser and you can see improvement very fast. since your red marks arent very red 1-2 treatments will probably be all that you need. just make sure wherever you go is a reputable place and have them do a test spot first to see how your skin reacts. also make sure they go over each spot 2-3 times and then in 3-5 days your marks will be a lot lighter or gone.
