I don't know how many of you have this problem, but I have this thing where if I have an inflamed (red and puffy) whitehead or even blackhead, I HAVE to pop it or else it'll simply linger on and NEVER go away and simply leave a big ass scar. Don't get me wrong, I leave the shallow, non-inflamed ones the hell alone but usually the inflamed ones have hardened plugs and small ingrown hairs (even where I don't shave) so go figure. I have an expensive topical serum that does help speed up the healing but really I hate having to pop pimples of any sort.

Anybody else have this problem?
