TTO is toxic to demodex mites. The fluid-filled lesions that don't come to a head which you describe are one of the hallmarks of these mites. The fact that you had new eruptions emerge is likely them moving to areas where you did not apply the TTO.

I would keep applying TTO to affected and non-affected areas for a few days.
