I stopped using BP and my skin has been horrible ever since. BP isn't good for your skin, and I wanted to get to the root cause of my acne rather than just having a temporary fix.
You need to find out what is causing your acne in the first place. Look at your diet and lifestyle and experiment with different things. I've found that sugar, bread, and dairy are the main causes of my acne.
You're not fucked by not using BP, you just need to figure out what's causing it in the first place.

Right now I'm in the process of stopping BP, like not using it every day but every second, then every third and so on...
I was stupid and just stopped it but before stopping there was a while where i was inconsistent in using so i think its something else

As mentioned above its about finding the cause of the acne though, as BP isnt ideal long term. Have you tried dietary changes?
I honestly dont think its the diet, i mean iv been eating dairy my whole life literally drinking milk eating cheese my whole life nothing happened, but thing is everything changed since i moved to the US like the food, water and everything
