Hi all!
Just wondering if anyone has tried any of the products you can find on amazon (or some other site) by typing "probiotic spray" or "probiotic cream/lotion". I just discovered the product called Mother Dirt AO+ Biome Spray, and Probiotic Action. Has anyone had any experience (good/bad) with them? I read some reviews online and am curious but hesistant to try because some people experienced worsening of acne, or the acne came back with a vengeance when they discontinue use...
Just for some background info, I've been fighting cystic chin acne since age 19 and I'm now 35. They got 90% better with Chinese medicine and a restrictive diet based on Chinese medicine, but I still typically don't go without breaking out at least once every week or two. I already live healthily and drink lots of water.

Before trying any of these products, have you tried antibiotics such as tetracycline? It is never safe to try these kind of products, the results can never be guessed. Many of us have different skin and we react differently. If those products healder my skin, it wouldnt matter in your case. Just be careful with these things man! As you said you are now much better than what you used to and that sounds so good! Just do not risk a little bit itchness to a lot of itchness! Cheers mate, take care
