hi guys ive just purchased the himalayan pink sea salt - 83 minerals.
has anyone used this before? and had any results i would be more than happy to hear.
i am planning on mixing with water and rinsing on my face in the bath once a day
if anyone has any experience or knowledge abut this method please let me know
Yes i tried.. i used it for some time.. 3 months maybe. before sleep, after wash my face, i would take the salt bar and gently pass on my wet face. In the beggining i felt a bit stingy but then i did not feel anymore. I believe it does works, but for me the results were minimum (it did not help to control my acne).
