I have the exact same thing on my chin! I've tried to pop it and only clear fluid and blood came out and it got worse. Now a few months later I still have a red raised bump there. It's almost like it keep re-filling up with fluid. I still have yet to find a cure...

I've heard of some members who have had luck using PRID drawing salve to draw out the infection for acne cysts. Just google PRId drawing salve. I've never used but from what I understand it's a pretty common product and available OTC at most drugstores. I've included the thread link below!
