When I go on vacation and get a lot of time spent in the ocean my skin always gets better. Sure, it could be the sun also helping, but I really think it's the salt in the sea somehow working for my skin.

Anyone else feeling the same? Here in ice cold sweden it's hard to get sun and sea right now. Been looking around for sea salt. But so many different things and brands. And how to use it?

Hoping for some ideas.

Cheers!

I haven't tried this yet, but there are multiple threads on these forums where users apply sea salt to their face as a light scrub , facepack and report it works wonders!

Sea Salt Scrubs are a way to treat acne, you can create one by combining Sea Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and an Essential Oil such as Tea Tree Oil and apply to your skin. Its touted as reducing the likely scaring associated with acne. I hope this helps!
