I do tons of other things, but have been working on a seemingly really good recipe for 'juicing'. I use a ninja blender which is not a 'juicer' and leaves the fiber in... either one should work wonders!

Anyways, for anyone who is interested to get into 'juicing', there are tons of recipes on the internet, but the following is what I have come around to using:

The goal of this is much different from almost every recipe you will find online, as I really don't care about taste. Regardless, this can be made with a very 'decent' / 'tolerable' taste, or tweaked to 'work' 'better' and have a horrible taste. Up to you!

(Anything without amounts listed, start small, and add more as blender fills up, the more of each, the better)

(Everything organic, wildcrafted, bio-dynamic, etc. if possible)

(The fruits, with the cranberry juice keep me from having to add much, if any water, which allows me to pack more goodies in)

1 Lemon (I have read that some people avoid citrus, doesn't bother me though and I honestly wonder if those people have detox symptoms from all the vitamin c, etc.)

Raspberries (handful)

Blueberries (handful)

Strawberries (handful)

2 Limes (I have read that some people avoid citrus, doesn't bother me though)

2 Bananas

4 Apples

Kale

Spinach

Dandelion Greens (all parts of this plant are beneficial, stores only seem to sell the greens)

4 TBS organic sulphur crystals (start with 1 TBS, and work way up. Doesn't bother me, but can at first cause loose stools)

Cranberry juice (not from concentrate)

Chard

Collard

4 Carrots (with the tops!!!! they have more goodies than the root!!!)

*1 Beet (with the top!)... *this makes the entire smoothie extremely hard to bear for me, so if you want this to taste half decent, just use the top, and not the beet itself. When I'm the only one drinking this I add the beet, as I care about clear skin more than my taste buds.

1 Ginger piece (add less for less 'strong' taste)

1 Handful Turmeric (easier to get away with large amounts of this without crazy taste)

4-8 TBS Diotamacious Earth (start off with less might be good idea, I'm used to it)

*1/2 Tsp Cayenne powder (Maybe start with much less, and watch for stomach detox pain) (leave this out if you care about taste, but taken orally most people's stomach can handle tons of this, just not via pill form, which causes horrible upset stomach due to bypassing the back of your tongue / enzyme creation process)

2 Celery stalks

Daikon Radish (break off about a 'handful')

Red Lettuce

Green Lettuce

Hemp seeds (handful)

Chia seeds (handful)

4 Kiwi

4 Tsp Spirulina (might want to start with less)

6 Tsp Chlorella (might want to start with less)

4 Tsp Moringa (Leaf/Seed Powder mix)

2 Pears

Arugula

Parsley

Cilantro

Edible Flowers (handful+)

Experimental ingredients:

Mango (Couple slices dried (or fresh))

Enzymes (I use Garden of Life RAW brand, but am considering trying 'beauty enzymes' as well)

Pro-Biotics (I use soil based 'PreScript-Assist)

Garlic (no clue on how much of this can be added and still tolerated yet)

Lion's mane powder (Eventually I might add Shiitake, Reishi, Etc., but read that Lion's mane is "amazing" for acne, so I started with it first)

Mangosteen powder

Pine Pollen (I'm male, females might consider replacing this with flax or evening primrose oil)

Maca root powder (red and white) (This helps me tons, but makes me very horny and for me that is a problem)

Royal Jelly powder

Pine Pollen

Raw Honey

Propolis

Sea Salt

Cinnamon powder

Anyways, if anyone reads this and actually makes a 'juice' with all these ingredients, it works WONDERS on acne.

With that said, this only helps me when I DON'T masturbate / watch porn / lust for the other sex.
