This may be dirty, disgusting, strange, but very relaxing....
This is a nature's treatment that could work for acne... Anyone well ever taken a mud bath? Or played in the mud before? Like I said this may sound bit dirty and messy...
I've read few things about profesional spa mud bath and it says that it removes toxins from the body, cleans pores, and rejuvinates your body... I personally myself love getting muddy-dirty. I have gotten muddy, but never ever been immersed in an actual mud bath.... It be nice to have for me because my body feels like it's getting old (though I am young) and it aches slightly from my legs to my back. Not to mention when I wash the mud off my body, my skin feels soft and smooth. Very clean... I just wonder if anyone have ever taken one before? Thinking about it makes me want to be in heaven...
if acne is forever, then mud baths are forever...
I know they are supposed to cleanse the skin very well. Since I have had acne though I have used a mud facial mask, and it is very hard to know whether it makes a difference as there are so many factors that seem to bring me out in spots. For me a tea tree oil mask worked a lot better as it soothes the skin more than the mud facial mask and definitely reduces redness which is something I never got from a mud mask.
