Hello,
I was having a discussion with a friend who has acne and the issue of using face exercise to help with treatment came up and I just want to know if anyone has any experience regarding using face exercise to help get rid of acne or any comment regarding the issue.

ur face/head/brain is below the heart level that will increase proper blodd flow to ur face and brain.
its said that this will help bring nutrients to ur facial skin will 'repair' and also get u oxygen.
u can do simple breathing exercises too.
