I'm desperate, I've been to 2 dermatologists and they recommended 2 ointments, one antibacterial and the other to soften keloids. but I don't see much difference. Does anyone know a better treatment?
Topical silicone can help a bit but like you're seeing, might not be a big improvement. I'm guessing that's what they gave you. But you need to use the topical silicone over a long period of time as well to see results.
