I only have acne on my cheeks, do I apply benzoyl peroxide on my whole face?

I'm 1 week into the regime and am starting to see my skin darken where I apply BP. My face only has acne on my cheeks. I didn't want to apply the BP to my whole face because the majority of it is clear. Should I apply it everywhere to keep the discoloration even? Or can I avoid the areas that don't have acne?

Darkening is just dryness. Has it subsided?

You can avoid applying BP to the areas of your face that don't have acne to prevent further skin discoloration. Focus on using BP as a spot treatment on the affected areas only.
