Does anyone knows how to remove these? It's not pimples where you can just pop them. It's like sebaceous filaments white heads stuff but it's under the skin and squeezing does not work. There is the unethical way where people poke the pore with needle to help make way for it to come out, but that method does not work for these too, it's like there is no pore to poke. It's just these on the side of the nose that are freaking hard to get rid of.

I do use the cosrx bha blackhead power liquid regularly, with adapelene and tretinoin. I had also used oil cleanser twice for this, the one where people rub and massage their nose for like 20 minutes to melt the sebaceous etc, should i use them more often or what? Idk what to do. It's been here for like a month and I'm about to get into university. Don't want to enter with these stuff on my face.
