The back of my head has been red for quite some time and won't go away. Sometimes it breaks out in these bumps but those will randomly go away and appear again. Helppppp what can I do to make this go away? Thanks

The first thing that comes to mind is acne keloidalis nuchae, but I could definitely be wrong because yours doesn't look bad at all.
