Chin acne (comedonal hormonal acne)

I have been struggling with acne on my chin for two years. Two years ago it was a more "deep" type of acne (I had painful and inflamed underarm pimples). I went to the first dermatologist who prescribed oral Vitamin A and E and a salicylic acid cream. I had not solved the problem of whiteheads (closed comedones) and when I tried to go back to him, he could not give me an appointment because everything was full. I was desperate and went to another dermatologist, who prescribed Fucicort ointment (antibiotic) and an oral antibiotic (azithromycin). However, to this day, whiteheads continue to form. Before my period, these become inflamed (only a few) and leave red spots. It is a cycle that I can no longer stop!
Has anyone experienced this type of acne? Does anyone know what I could do to prevent these closed comedones from forming? Thank you!

Have you tried The Regimen? I have a feeling this could clear it up nicely and you'll have it fully under control.
