HELP! ACNE ALERT!

I'm new here.

I sweat a lot and use a cap most of the time, but I never have this breakout this much.

I don't know what the cause of this tiny red bump is; some of it is becoming bigger with pus.

I started using adapalene and azelaic acid (twice a week). The first week was done. Should I continue?

but it's been 2 months since I started using a gentle wash with salicylic acid.

Any idea what I'm dealing with right now? I need your recommendation, please. Thank you

Looks like acne but I can't be totally sure. Have you seen a dematologist about this? Even a telehealth appointment could probably help diagnose this accurately.

If it is acne, my best advice is The Regimen, which should have it completely under control quickly.

As far as the hat goes, physically irritating the skin can lead to acne, so you want to make sure you're not wearing your hat too tight and you might want to even not wear a hat for a while, at least until you're clear.

Appreciate your response Dan!

I havent seen any dermatologist yet.

I have this before but not severe as this time. To give you an idea. The small red bumps does not pain at all, only those bigger one with pus. The moment i get sweat. It turn red and thats the time the small red bumps appearing.

Ill definitely check the Regimen and i will stop using a hat for a while.

Im on my second week of using adapalene and azelaic acid. Ill make review on how this goes.

Also im scared of using sunscreen as my face get sweat easily and become oily especially im staying at middle east.

Yeah sunscreen can really break people out. I totally get wanting to not use it.

Keep us posted. You can always PM me directly too.

And...I'd see a derm just to make sure it's not something sweat related. As always, stay fiercely your own advocate with anything medical. Do not just blindly listen. Research on your own and come to them with good questions.
