Update

This is it now im taking antibiotics for a skin infrction but i feel like it got worse i feel so so scared pls help

This doesn't look like regular acne. I was wondering if maybe it was pyoderma faciale but it doesn't really look like that either.

What kind of skin infection does your doctor say it is? This is serious by the way, so be in constant contact with your doctor. If it's getting worse, call him/her immediately. You have to stay fiercely your own advocate with all medical things. That's just how it goes. Be the "squeaky wheel."
