Ive had these spots for years I cant remember not having them, they dont seem to have gotten better or worse naturally over the years. Ive been to a general doctor twice and they prescribed me Azealaic acid 15% and a 20% cream. Also 100mg doxycycline one a day.

I saw no improvement but it was years ago and maybe I didnt realise it or didnt stick to the medication long enough.

I still have no idea what it is, I never really cared up until now and Id finally like to reduce it a little.

Any help would be appreciated in terms of ideas of what acne I have and or treatments.

Thank you!

This could be several possibilities, Acne Vulgaris, Common Acne, This includes blackheads, whiteheads, red bumps. Or fungal Acne These are often small, itchy, uniform red bumps or pustules caused by an overgrowth of yeast in the hair follicles..... Or folliculitis, Inflammation of the hair follicles, appearing as small, red, sometimes white, headed bumps around hair..... Or Hidradenitis Suppurativa, a chronic condition causing painful, recurring lumps and abscesses, often in areas where skin rubs together, which can sometimes affect the back and chest......I suggest to see a dermatologist or your doctor again, as you can't treat something until you know what your treating.
