Hi! I'm new here and i have acne for 6 yrs. I have tried consulting to a derma once but sadly it just worsened. I remembered she prescribed me a kojic soap along with other products that has active ingredients. Do you have any advice on how to treat this? Should I go for Accutane? 
Have you tried going low-carb? Like keto for instance? That might be interesting to see if you can get to the root of your issue a bit.
Also, the regimen should help calm you down.
And then yes, accutane is always there is nothing else works and your doctor agrees that it is the way to go, but remember it's hardcore and can lead to lifelong side effects.
