Hello,

I have acne since I was 17. Now in my 20's it is quite better but I still have a lot of Pie/Pih and many scars. I use european version of la roche posay effaclar Mat and Duo(+). It helped but I still get those painful blackheads especially on cheeks. I don't know if I have to get anything new or...

Can somebody help me please?

Don't quite understand the issue you're having. Can you restate and maybe elaborate?

And...doesn't sound at all like accutane would be warranted in your situation. It's only for severe acne that doesn't respond to anything else and can come with lifelong side effects.
