Hi All,

I woke up with a spot that popped (happened in my sleep by the looks of it), blood was coming out. I've managed to get the blood to stop with ice, but it's left like a big bruise mark/scar. Overall my face is not too bad, besides this, What do I do to get rid of it? :(

First of all, don't pick at it at all.

Next, keep it out of the sun.

Also, take up to 6 fish oil pills a day while it's healing to speed healing. And try to eat low-carb until it's healed as well. These things should help reduce inflammation, which is what causes scarring.

Ice is the most effective way to relieve pain and inflammation. Wrap an ice cube or cold pack in a soft cloth or paper towel. Apply it to the swollen area several times a day for a few minutes at a time. And drink lots of water! Take care!
