Hello, I am 19 yo boy and I have currently very bad acne.

Morning: clean my face, then put a moisturizer (LRP Mat) and then LRP duo+ (everything europe version)

Evening: same

Sometimes I use niacinamide+zinc.

I'm very bad at picking. I often make from a blemish a big zit. I really hate it and I wanna have normal skin.

I have to say that I have a lot of marks on forehead and both cheaks. I really dont know what Im doing wrong. Can you help me, please?

Im sorry to hear about your struggles. I would go to a dermatologist and see if they can get you on some antibiotics. I went on Doxycycline first. It definitely helps but please take the medicine as recommended. I made that mistake the first time around and it set me back a while. Topicals can work for some people, but they really never did for me, so I would go with oral medication if you can

I agree with the picking. Its very tempting but simply touching it makes it worse. Dont do it

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. Stop picking at your face. I'd see a dermatologist to see if they can put you on antibiotics.
