Hi, Dan recommends 5-15 minutes. I personally wait for about15 minutes before I apply the moisturiser. The most important thing is to organize your schedule around this. During this time, you can be brushing, ironingor any other stuff. You won't even notice the time lapse but if you are waiting for it to dry you can find that time to be ages. I have never used the rose hip but I've read about it andmight try later on after my skin heals completely.
