So I really want to know if there™s anything that actually causes a change in my skin and to these closed comedones that work. So I have previously used the Paulas choice 2% BHA but I feel like that made my skin dry and there wasn™t any change in the comedones. (I feel like they won™t budge!!! Ugh they are stubborn) and acurrently i am using the Cosrx AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid and it™s my second day so obviously there™s no change at all yet. But is there any product recommendations for these stubborn closed comedones or any advice at all will help? PLEASE HELP (And they look better or worse in some lighting)

*My current skincare routine is -Cerave foaming facial cleanser, the AHA, and Cerave PM moisturizer
(And also how long do the products y™all recommend take to start workingA9704ACF-A3A7-452C-B4C0-46E35755EF2A.thumb.jpeg.9ff76c4bc41620a218cef9f393d8f326.jpeg?)

You can keep trying different products but i would suggest a course of oral anti biotics, something like tetracycline and see if that clears it up when the course ends then obviously you can see if it gets rid of it.the problem is they are in and under your skin so can be difficult,so fight them inside.

I agree, speak with a doctor or dermatologist about the best way to get rid of comodones. Scrubbing will open up your pores, which can help, but you may need something stronger. Rather than spend time hunting around for the right product, have your dermatologist give you a few suggestions.

And if the antibiotics don't work in 8 weeks then I would suggest to switch to something else.
Keep us posted on your progress!
