I agree with you. It looks like it's a PIH, since it's kinda red and plane.

Shelly, if possible, try to "push" that red point and see if it gets away temporaly. By the way, don't forget the sunscreen, since even it's not a PIH it will help you not get a scar.

Tell us, if possible, if it hurts or if you feel anything besides the mark itself.
