Hi.I'm 15 years old, and I have pretty bad acne.I want to know if my treatment it's ok and if it will help me.
After I wake up, I use an acne brush to wash my skin, and then I use some sodium bicarbonate.
In the afternoon, I do the same thing+a product called Zineryt.
I just want to know if this is bad for my skin, or if it's going to help me.I did this for three weeks right now, and I can't say that I see any results.

Some people say brushes irritate the skin. You don't want to over do. You could reduce the brush use to maybe once a day and if there is no improvement then use the brush every other day.

Zineryt usually gets rid of about 2/3 ofpimplesin about 90 days. But becauseZineryt can kill the easy acne bacteria and leave the most virulent strains, it is important to follow up Zineryt treatment with another antibiotic and/or over-the-counter or prescriptionbenzoyl peroxide or tea tree oil.

And be gentle, probably should reduce using the brush to once a day, or once every other day. Irritating the skin will cause more inflammation and allow more bacteria to grow.
