@aussie-scientist but see I have this and don't think it's candida because I don't have the white tongue or any of the other things. Earlier in the thread when you mentioned the malassezia --it sounds more like that one because not those particular digestive issues w the candida. And if you look at photos of candida network vs same of melassezia, I feel like melassezia looks more like the plugs and strings. But of course I could be totally wrong. I know I have been dealing with this for over a decade and it has ever so slowly gotten worse. By that I mean the networks of plugs seem tougher/stronger/more blood/more stuck to my actual body. It's disgusting. Let's just say it takes elbow grease to get them out and it is the worst thing ever. Trying the controzole or whatever it's called (too damn many new words and chemicals to remember 🙁 ) with the lidocaine and cortisol cream. Felt some tingling which is way better than the alternative and can only hope that means it's working :'|

Went to Derm and got a culture. Came back as Streptococcal Viridans and C. acnes (Cutibacterium). Showed some of the pics on here of the plugs and also some of my own. Derm said we need to treat for Lyme. I just stated Doxy and its healing up. Also I think as Rx Mupirocin Ointment for the large area of the plugging on my nose. Its working fast. I noticed that when its killing it it is producing a white tint on the scabbing and stuck down to the skin. I found out that is a bi-product of the strep. It produces hydrogen. I did a TON of labs and Ill be going to pick up paper copies of the results tomorrow. Very excited and will share once I have more pieces to our puzzle.

Here we are with my results. Im posting everything for the greater good and cross comparisons. I have had Hashimotos Thyroid disease since 2010z. I had Mono (EBV) when I was 15. Im 42 now and the first signs showed in 2022. I have never been vaccinated for COVID 19 and have had the virus 4x. My recent culture DID come back as STREPTOCOCCAL VIRIDANS AND CUTIBACTERIUM (C. acnes).

wanted to mention that Morgellons is now being recognized as filamentous borrelial dermatitis.

I HAVE BEEN ON DOXYCYCLINE FOR A WEEK NOW BECAUSE WE ARE TREATING FOR LYME ALTHOUGH ALL TESTS ARE NEGATIVE. Lyme is notoriously hard to diagnose.

I AM HEALING. There were a few very deep lesions that I pulled out yesterday. I think that is the last of it. This has been a very rough couple of years.

also, I pulled out hat looks to be a springtail out that was embedded so that really throws me off.

more additional pictures. You can clearly see a bullseye type lesion but its not recent. The bullseye has been there since 2022.

Everything there is from my own skin. That bug like scab was in the middle of the one hole WAY down deep. The other springtail like bug was in the other hole way down deep. It took completely removing the surface CHEMICALLY WITH FLOURURACIL TO REMOVE THE SEBACEOUS HYPERPLASIA IT CAUSED FIRST AND THEN I WAS ABLE TO COMPLETELY REMOVE THE CORES OF THE LESIONS. Im healing up OVERNIGHT. Good luck to everyone I love you all for the information here. Ive been with y'all for years now. Hoping to help.

@teeneybeans Hi, I looked through your results & everything is normal except for low vitamin D, however I don't see any testing for lyme. Did he test for lyme previously?

Hey $kin$hit,

Derm said Lyme is hard to diagnose even with testing. With my history of 14 total embedded ticks in my life we decided to treat with Doxy regardless. We had to use diagnoses of Acne to get medicaid to cover the cost.

Jan 28 I got the big part out and did not think it was anything but the regular plugging we all have. After I went to derm and we decided it was probably a tick I decided to make sure I got it all. Las night it took 6 hours but I did remove the head. Im going to say, without a doubt, I do believe I have what is mentioned in the following picture.

Newly recognized in the medical community

There is something new for us to discuss..... I just learned..... "The Springtail Mite aka Morgallans Mites". Yes! Not sure how I did not discover this sooner but this may just be the answer. They have hairs that grow out of them. They come in different colors shapes etc. They are in the spider mite family. Please read about it and let me know your thoughts!

I bought a red light electric cupping kit. I can't wait to try it! I hope it pulls everything out of me!

Yes I literally found a clump of springtails eggs in my SHOWER WINDOW which is rotting at the bottom and got bad enuf that part of the wood ledge fell off into the shower. Thats where the eggs are. There are springtails all over hatching out. They look like dust but are moving around visibly.

I think we are on the right track everyone! Today I woke up and I did not have to touch my face. Im healing. The Doxycycline is working. I backed off the Mupirocin ointment because it seemed to be adding moisture and causing more bad than good.

One of the things i tried along the way was tee tree oil and I remember that did seem to repel them but i discontinued due to it feeding MALASSEZIA YEAST which I also have had for years. I think I may start using it again maybe not straight on my face but under my ears just to keep them from me period

DERM CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND SAID THEY ARE GOING TO TREAT ME FOR GROUP A STREPTOCOCCUS. CULTURE FINAL RESULT. DERM said THIS is what is contributing to the plugging.

ALSO positive for Cutibacterium. (C. Acnes).

At this point I am 100% sure..

1. I found a springtail coming out of a pore on my face. BUT SPRINGTAILS HAVE NO MOUTHPARTS THAT BITE HUMANS?!! And do not cause LYME.

2. I found springtail eggs in my shower.

3. am positive for MALESSEZIA Yeast which I see blooming out of my pores when not completely dry. Saw a Dr Pimple Popper episode and the girl had the same thing as us. She was DX with Malezzezia!!!!! I bought the Good Molecules Azaleic Acid and it does make the things dry up and peel away but the plaques are a bit harder to penetrate.

4. have a new culture result of Group A Strep and

5. C. Acnes.

6. Tested positive for TBabs (Hashimotos Thyroid Disease) but have Euthyroid diet controlled.

7. AM being treated for Lyme disease although test was negative (notoriously hard to diagnose even with testing.

8. Have dug 14 ticks of my body over my life

9. On Doxycycline and its working

10. Have been diagnosed with Sebaceous Hyperplasia, Used Floururacil a Chemotherapy drug over my entire face, completed 6 months of ongoing treatment due to severe sun damage over 42 years and after that STILL had this underlying problem.

11. I have to mention also I was Just RX PREDNISONE for a rash that that was unrelated.

12. Took 1x 150mg Fluconazole pill every 3 days for 3 doses just for yeast BUT HAVE TRIED THIS BEFORE AND DID NOT WORK. I DO TAKE THEM EVERY FEW MONTHS BECAUSE MY SUGAR GETS A TINY BIT HIGH although Im thin.

13. I drink alcohol moderately almost daily.

14. Definitely had dermodex for a LONG time and they DO have exoskeletons like shrimp and they attach to the hair follicles which im pulling out and they have bulbs of masses of them keratinized and dried up on the ends. They look like little cysts.

FOR A FACT I KNOW I HAVE MALESSEZIA AND GROUP A STREP (CAUSES PLAQUES ON SKIN). ITS A COMBINATION.

Today my DERM is sending another Rx for the Group A strep. Its going to be Amoxicillin. Im going to go ahead and take that just to be sure Im doing everything in my power. Just know the Doxy is working already.

I know its still quite the soup and we dont know which ingredient but I DO KNOW ITs here on the 1-14. .

EVERYONE TRY USING A PHONE SCREEN AND A FEW DROPS OF WATER IF YOU WANT TO TRY TO MAGNIFY YOUR FINDINGS AND DONT HAVE A MICROSCOPE. SEE THE LAST PICTURE I ATTACHED. WHY DIDNT I THINK OF THIS BEFORE!!

Will continue to update.

@teeneybeans I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news, but...I also took doxycycline years ago (sometime prior to taking an oral anti-fungal) along with topical mupirocin. I don't remember if my skin started to look better while I was on it, but I do remember taking doxycycline for 3 weeks. It wasn't effective long-term (clearly). If you scroll through the older posts quite a number of people have tried doxycycline & it either wasn't effective, or symptoms continued once they finished taking it.

Just thought I'd share this so you don't get too excited about this working long-term 🙁

But please let us know how it goes for you!

Regarding springtails - I have read about this a while ago from posts on Reddit. Many people have attributed dermatological conditions to springtails. If you simply google springtails causing dermatological symptoms in humans you'll just get "no, springtails can't cause dermatological conditions". Which...LOL because if you do more research you'll discover they absolutely CAN and "rare cases" exist. This is definitely something to do more research on, especially if you've found eggs in your home. I also read about people believing this may be caused by gnats.

Did 30 hours of research because I wont take IDK for an answer anymore. I do believe maybe this is what is happening.

NOT PAPILLOMAVIRUS (HPV)

TRY RESEARCHING THIS. HUMAN POLYOMAVIRUS

I FOUND A VIDEO FOR US.. -hope the link works but if not I put a pic so you can search for it.

TRANSMISSION: THOUGHT TO BE SPREAD BY RESPIRATORY DROPLETS OR URINE DEPENDING ON THE TYPE SUCH AS BK VIRUS OR JC VIRUS.

Please let me know everyones thoughts on this. There are the attachments at the ends just like warts/hpv because it is a virus without an envelope.

Hope were getting close Im going nutzo

The Springtails for morgallans is called "collembola". I'm going to see if I can get tested for this! And a copper deficiency like teeney beans mentioned!

I have 2 strange pics, one is that white fuzz stuff? And the other is like a clump of hair that came out the top of my foot? I went from sores that would never heal all over me- to strange hair things coming out of me? I feel like I'm inside a sci-fi film or something
