Do you have body acne? That looks to me like pure acne vulgaris.

The red marks are called hyperpigmentation, and they do fade on their own, it can just take awhile. I know there are things you can do to speed up the process but I haven't personally tried anything so I can't give a recommendation.

I think glycolid acid helps with hyperpigmentation

Yeah, I feel you on the red marks. They're the worst. But good news, they're not permanent! They will fade over time. Any kind of exfoliant can help speed up this process, such as chemical peels or a retinoid. I feel that Retin-A has definitely improved my marks at a faster rate than normal. There is no overnight magic, unfortunately. But I think with frequent, but gentle, exfoliation, you'll see gradual improvement quickly. The majority of my pimples leave marks whether I pick or not and in the past those marks have lasted months, but since Retin-A, they're usually gone within a few weeks to a month tops.
