So I had this weird inflamed pimple yesterday that seemed to be very much on the surface and not deep at all. I squeezed at it a little and all this liquid started pouring out. No pus. Today, it's flat and doesn't hurt anymore, but the surrounding area is red and swollen. Since it doesn't hurt, is it safe to say the infection is gone? Is the swelling just from squeezing? It literally looks so gross and I can't leave my house and I just want to know it's healing at least.
Well to start off with dont touch em full stop if you can,ontop of that if you must be sure they have heads ie:whiteheads,so theres a reason to pop it in first place.
leave it,it will settle,if you got benzol peroxide that can help with inflamation or use some other type of antiinflamitory,just moisturise if you have some,it aids healing/scabbing.
