The other day I popped a pimple on my chin cos I definitely thought it was just a regular pimple, but I guess it turns out it was a cyst because it has swelled up to a very large size. It was just a large red bump for a few days. It didn't hurt for awhile, but the past two or so days it has been painful again and today it has finally formed two little white heads inside the red bump. I am guessing when I popped it the first time that it spread into other pores beneath my skin, but I am not sure.

I don't do much at all for a face regimen because I have very sensitive skin and I am afraid it will make my face break out more if I do too many things to it. I do wash my face with regular soap, which probably isn't the best. I do not use salicylic acid acne products because they make my face break out a LOT. I used to use an acne medication with 10% benzoyl peroxide in it and it helped way more than any SA product I had tried. However I stopped using it because it dried my face out immensely and my skin always looked kind of red and felt raw. 

This large pimple on my chin is causing me a lot of discomfort and embarrassment. It is raised really far away from the rest of my skin. I'm afraid to do anything to it lest I make it angry, but I really need some suggestions on how to effectively get rid of it cos I am sick of people staring.
