My Dermatologist told me that both are very similar and both she highly recommended. Im currently using the la roche posay sunscreen but another one she also recommended that is great for acne prone skin is the cetaphil suntivity 50+ as it has vitamin e in it. I have found that to be so good. It makes my skin tone look a bit more even too even though its not tinted or anything, but these 3 sunscreens are the top 3 for acne so you cant go wrong with any.

I've been using Anthelios for years and it's the only thing that works for my very sensitive and acne prone skin. It feels very light on the skin, doesn't clog pores and works great under makeup as well. Can't recommend it enough
