I would try jajoba oil 100% dessert essence. I had similar acne like that all over my face and it really needed the extremely deep cleanse and lifting power of jajoba oil. You can also try a 10% glycolic acid lotion or toner. Since it's not all over your face maybe try only applying it to the affected areas. Also, be ver aware that jajoba oil and glycolic acid can cause an initial breakout mine lasted 1 week now my skin is perfect and I no longer ever get those annoying small pimples.
