Don't panic. It's happened to me and it's been a broken capillary. Watch it closely and see if it changes, become redder, begins itching, etc. You look young and have an olive complexion so hopefully it's just one of those annoying things. With all that said, I hope you have ins. b/c you might want to make an appt. with you PC how then might refer you to a skin dr. just to be safe.
