Hi recently all my acne cleared up and my skin has had no issues, but yesterday morning i woke up with a bunch of these white head-like bumps on my chin and they are spreading to my lip and nose. When i extract them it's just pus and after a while they have multiplied. i have no clue where they came from or how to treat them. Any ideas or advice?
