Are you wearing makeup here? It looks like clogged pores or milia. What products are you using on your face currently?

Yes ! I use Estee Lauder foundation or sometime fit me foundation. Then I use elf contour kit. I use cetapil cleanser . Nothing seems to work

Try witch hazel toner with lavender...it works like magic for clogged pores
