It been quite a long time xD .... just to give you guys an update My skin looks better , I don't have the bumps anymore but I still have a little bit of redness and hyperpigmentation which is slowly fading .
I only 4 products on my face :
- Prosacea gel
- la roche posay toleriane purifying foaming cream (Cleanser)
- bioderma sensibio ar ( It's a good product but I don't recommend it because I think it's too expensive and It doesn't last long at all)
and a spf moisturizer from NeutrogenaIn the morning I only wash my face with water then apply the prosacea gel , wait 10 mins for it to try and apply my spf moisturizer on top of it.
At night , it's the same but I use the cleanser and use the bioderma sensibio ar as moisturizer

try using salycilic acid. Ur skin seems oily so that might work
Skincare products with a smell is almost always bad for you because the main reason they put in parfum is to somehow attract customers.

I don't have it anymore ....that was before christmas xD , I used Prosacea (topical cream for Rosacea) and it got rid of it in less than a week.

CONGRATS!!!
I didn't go to the dermatologist to get diagnose with Rosacea but I'm pretty sure I have it. The symptoms and stuff that triggers the redness on my face is exactly the same. The first time I went to the dermatologist (2-3 years ago) he told me that it didn't look like acne , back then there was only a little bit of redness. My mom kept telling me that I had rosacea but I didn't believe her because she's not a dermatologist xD That's when I started to use skincare products for acne ( because I thought it was acne), which made my skin worse.
I now use skincare products made for sensitive & rosacea prone skin and try to avoid things that triggers the redness such as hot showers , spicy food , heavy exercise , etc...and it has helped my skin a lot !
