I am22 about to turn 23 years old... and still have acne... Ihavetried everything from drastically changing my diet to using Acutane to drinking soooo much water, but still does not help the acne. I still get acne all the time although I have stuck to my diet hoping one day it will just go away!
I have very oily skin and I assume that my sebum production levels are through the roof or my testosterone is through the roof as well...
I amnot sure whatto think. I havestarted taking vitamins... as Zinc, Multi Vitamins, and Vitamin D3 in hopes of this acne to finally to go away!
I know one day I will accomplish my goal of finally getting rid of this terrible diease since i was about 13/14 its only time before it happens. At this point ill try anything new to get rid of it.

that was like 2 years ago
I know how you feel. Try the acne.org regimen? Honestly, that's the only thing that's helped me. I didn't even change my diet, 😛 I still eat lots of junk food but I never get any pimples anymore. Or you don't have to buy the whole set. Get a simple cleanser, simple moisturizer and buy the BP and you're good to go.
