I've had these for a while now and they never seem to hurt or go away.IMG_20151201_023817.thumb.jpg.81f9401c46IMG_20151201_023756.thumb.jpg.bef4572dedIMG_20151201_023638.thumb.jpg.de1db1e4fc

Hmm... It doesn't really look like acne-per-say to me.. Was it acne before? Or has it always been clear and then randomly these painless bumps appeared?

It almost looks like slight case ofrhinophyma have you tried pricking the bump with a needle so see if anything come out like pus or some sort of fluid.

To me this does not appear like acne, but I am not an expert. Have you ever gone to an acne specialist, like an esthetician who specializes in extractions? They have seen everything. Look in your area for one and see if you can have a consultation or something.

Thedisplaynamehello.. did you find out the solution to your problem. I am 100% sure I have the same problem. Bumps on the nose that look like pimples but do not hurt and can be even squished. If you squeeze them nothing comes out. I have oily skin an this porblem has been there for a long time.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem??

Fraxel Laser treatment is the best. I have had that for years and I am 23. Tried a lot of topical things and met with a number of dermatologists. But fraxel has given me the most success. It will take at least 2 treatments though, I did 3 and saw significant bump reduction. And I'm black so dark pigments are fine.

ALSO on the second and third treatments for bumps that were really prominent my doctor gave me small steroid injections on those areas that I think also made a huge difference.

So i went to my local clinic and both of them suggested that i do laser treatment.. apparently its " oil seeds "

They also said it will leave patches more prominent with dark skinned individuals like myself but it will eventually go away..

The cost for doing 10 spots here in malaysia for 2 sessions will cost around RM 1100.

If anyone else has done it please let me know if there are any improvements in both the lump reduction and scar/patches.

I agree with this comment. When Ilook at the photo, It shows a signs of rhinophyma but we can't be sure unless you try to hit a needle in it. Please keep us updated.
