Please help!!!!

I have been having lots of skin problems since I was young and they just worsen each passing day. I have oily, pimples all over my face, my nose is full of blackheads,my forehead has all these little bumps on it and everything else you wouldn't want on your face. I have tried a lot of methods and medicine of sorts to get rid of at least one of them but none seems to be helping.... Please suggest cream or cleansers or just anything that might help. As it worsens I feel more miserable when standing next to my friends and became camera shy just becauseI didn't want anyone to see my condition. Leave suggestions to how to reduce them if you can please, Thank you.

Try the acne.org regimen? Or just buy the BP then use cetaphil cleanser and aveeno facial moisturizer with spf.

What helps me the most is taking omega 3 with every meal, and lots of it. 4-6 caps of sundown naturals omega 3, with every meal.

Topicals I find are the best are cerave wash, Stridex in the red box (this will break you out at first, it's bringingall the yuck to the surface. Don't give up too quickly. It took almost a month but was worth it), and cerave moisturizer when the liquid from the Stridex pad has dried.

Good luck!
