I suffer from cystic acne and it was finally starting to go away. But it recently came back, and my whole face started breaking out. Most of it has swelled down but there is one HUGE cyst that came back and it is literally so painful.

It's one gigantic cyst, about 1/3 of an inch diameter and like an inch tall. And a cluster of tiny cysts grew under it. THIS IS LITERALLY SO PAINFUL, my cheek is just throbbing with pain, it hurts so bad I want to cry.

I hate it so much, I don't want to get out of my room, it just hurts and I just don't want anyone to look at me. I've gotten so many cortisone shots before, they work but the same cyst on the same spot keeps showing up.

HELP! What can I do to make it go away? It's so tender I'm putting ice on it right now but it hurts to even lightly touch it. It looks so inflamed. 

I don't want to go on birth control and drink antibiotics again, it hurts my stomach so badly.

Please help I don't even know what to do anymore. I know it's bad but I took part of my hair and straightened it then curled it to put in front of the cyst like bangs, I can't have anyone see it and I hate getting comments about my acne. Recently everyone has been telling me "wow what happened?????!!! Your face had gotten better but it just got so bad what have you been doing???!". I hate it I want to shut myself in a little corner.
