About a week ago I was searching for ways to exfoliate my skin. *I have only exfoliated my face once, years ago.
I found out about baking soda mixed with water. So I tried it and it made my skin feel renewed. It was super soft and I loved it.
Up until today I noticed a TON of pore sized white heads scattered across my cheeks. *this is where my acne usually occurs.
I rarely get white heads. My acne is mostly little cystic ones.
I was wondering if this is just my skin purging and getting rid of the gunk underneath or is the baking soda having a negative effect on my skin?
